General Questions

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this. To register to buy with Anthony’s, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.

We offer a professional alteration service. Please bring or send the item that needs to be altered to our Savile Row shop.

Delivery & Returns

Faulty, and incorrectly supplied goods may be returned for a refund. Please let us know your intention within seven days of receiving your order. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the DSRs only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Anthony’s London is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Please return item(s) in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging), with all labels and garment tags still attached within 21 days of receiving your order. All returns should be sent to: Anthony’s London 11 Golden Square, London, W1F 9JB, UK, using our Royal Mail Pre-Paid labels. You are also very welcome to return items to our Golden Square studios where we can help you personally. However, the refund will be through our online customer care team

Payments

When you pay online you are in a secure environment. All card transactions are handled through PayPal. When you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won’t receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don’t have to worry about paying people you don’t know. Additionally, when you pay with PayPal on any website PayPal Purchase Protection covers you if you have a problem.

By default, product prices are UK VAT inclusive until you proceed to purchase your order.
